Project Objective:

This homeowner had an aging parent who was coming to live with her and needed more space. The goal was to create a reading room convenient to the guest room where her mother could spend time. The room was designed with plenty of natural light and a secondary access to the deck area. Light-colored walls, large windows, a vaulted ceiling, and a quiet ceiling fan made this the perfect area for a cozy parental suite.
